Got a beautiful view on the water side. The room was clean. Typical bathroom worries, tub floor, a little stained, and drain didn't work well. The rest of the room was in great condition. I wasn't a fan of how the duvet cover worked. our comforter kept falling out, but it was a minor inconvenience. The fridge wasn't cold enough for food, but drinks were fine. The pool had some staining issues as well, and the floors were super slippery. The hot tub was in about the same shape. None of the things were bad enough to prevent us from using any of the facilities. We actually enjoyed the pool a lot. The breakfast had a good variety of hot food and quick grab and go things. I really enjoyed both breakfast meals I had during my stay. The staff I encountered were all friendly and attentive. Overall, for the price we paid, I was very satisfied with the stay. I would definitely stay again.

I really liked that my check in was confirmed and easy,. Our room was very nice and clean. One of the added perks was the Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Another thing about the tub and shower I really liked was being able to get in and out of the tub . When you have different health issues something like this means a lot. The breakfast was Great had a couple of different hot or cold options to choose from. The pancake maker was awesome. The light fixture in the bathroom didn't work and the phone didn't either they fixed both of them right away. The pool area was nice and clean and the Jacuzzi was EVERYTHING. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The hotel is very close to a McDonald's Taco Bell, other pizza/bars and Walmart , Me my sister and nephew felt safe and enjoyed our stay there. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY THERE AGAIN. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!

The repairs to the ductwork or something of that nature should be completed asap or covered up/coned off in the pool area. We travelled for the pool and hot tub so it just caught my attention. Glad you have both just would dig in on the details.
